Workplace and organisational advisory

Curody AB supports organisations in addressing workplace, leadership and organisational challenges with a practical and evidence-informed approach.

The work is led by Dr Fatimah Pettersson with experience from healthcare leadership and organisational development.

Curody undertakes assignments directly, as part of wider consulting teams, or as a subcontractor to other advisory firms. When needed, we collaborate with a network of experienced consultants to adapt the expertise to each assignment while maintaining a clear senior advisory perspective.

Our work may include workplace development, leadership advisory, communication, role clarity, organisational structure, team function and sustainable performance.

How we work

Curody supports organisations facing challenges related to leadership turnover, retention of key talent, workplace conflicts and team fragmentation. Our approach is practical and analytical, with a focus on understanding the underlying causes of organisational difficulties and supporting constructive ways forward.

We use methods such as:

Qualitative analyses – In-depth assessments to understand organisational dynamics and root causes of workplace challenges.

Observational studies – Direct insights into team interactions and leadership behaviours to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

Tailored communication forums – Structured dialogue platforms designed to foster engagement, alignment and constructive problem-solving among stakeholders.

Our aim is to turn organisational insight into practical improvements that strengthen leadership, collaboration and sustainable performance.

The Curody model

The Curody model is a structured process that helps organizations assess interpersonal issues affecting workplace dynamics. It starts with a challenge identification, followed by qualitative analysis and assessment of collaborative processes to uncover sources of tension. Insights drive actions that strengthen safety, transparency, and collaboration, with follow-up securing lasting impact on culture, leadership, and efficiency.
